Customer Support Representative Day to Day:

- Collaborate with senior account managers and sales managers to develop strategies that meet client goals
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and offer tailored solutions
- Help build strong, lasting relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills in customer service, problem-solving, and account management
